It is nestled into the mountainside of Cap Negres bay with the mountain top two thousand metres above, and the Mediterranean sea 50 metres below. The villa is totally private with the nearest neighbour 100 metres away. All rooms and the private swimming pool have sweeping terraces with breathtaking views right across the Mediterranean to Majorca. The villa shares a private beach with crystal clear water that is ideal for swimming, scuba and snorkeling. Facilities within the villa include a large living area with satellite TV, video, DVD, hi-fi, and plush sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and all modern electrical appliances. All 4 double bedrooms have glass doors that soak up the amazing views and open onto terraces that lead directly to the private swimming pool.
The area around the villa is totally rural - a mixture of protected pine forests, dotted with farms and fincas. There are numerous small coves, some sandy, some stony, some used only by the local fishermen (like Ses Calletes - a beautiful tiny cove about 1 mile away). The villa itself is very private and very quiet. There is no road noise or background noise whatsoever.
Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are 'mirror-image', located at the front of the villa with sweeping views of the sea and coastline. Bedroom 3 has views of the sunrise and North-East coast whilst bedroom 4 looks out over the pool, the sunset and the North-West coast.
N.B. Bedroom 4 has two sets of bunk-beds so that your children's friends can 'sleep-over' on occasion.
There is also a beautiful balinese day-bed on the swimming pool terrace.
