Vacation Rental Description
This beautifull villa is spectacularly located in the unspoilt north of the island. It is nestled into the mountainside of Cap Negres bay with the mountain top two thousand metres above, and the Mediterranean sea 50 metres below. The villa is totally private with the nearest neighbour 100 metres away. All rooms and the private swimming pool have sweeping terraces with breathtaking views right across the Mediterranean to the island of Majorca. The villa has access to a private beach with crystal clear water that is ideal for swimming, scuba and snorkeling. Facilities within the villa include a large living area with satellite TV, video, DVD, hi-fi, and plush sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and all modern electrical appliances. All 4 bedrooms are double, and all four have glass doors that soak up the amazing views and open onto terraces that lead directly to the private swimming pool. 
 
The area around the villa is totally rural - a mixture of protected pine forests, dotted with farms and fincas. There are numerous small coves, some sandy, some stony, some used only by the local fishermen (like Ses Calletes - a beautiful tiny cove about 1 mile away). The villa itself is very private and very quiet. There is no road noise or background noise whatsoever, and no light 'pollution' to spoil the view of the stars at night. 
 
Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are 'mirror-image', located at the front of the villa with sweeping views of the sea and coastline. Bedroom 3 has views of the sunrise and North-East coast. Bedroom 4 looks out over the pool, the sunset and the North-West coast. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have 'Super-King' sized double beds (6'10" x 6'). Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have 2 adult-sized single beds in each (6'6" x 3'), that can be pushed together to make super-king sized double beds if desired. 
 
There is also a beautiful balinese day-bed on the 'morning' terrace, as well as sun-loungers and a further occasional sleeping area on the pool terrace.

    • The villa is located in the north of the island, recognised as having the most unspoilt landscapes on the island, and highly recommended if you are a keen walker or cyclist and want to venture away from the normal tourist 'hotspots' 
     
    If you prefer a deserted cove or beach then the north of the island has the best to offer - our own beach is virtually unknown, plus there are many other unspoilt beaches to explore that are minutes away from the villa. 
     
    Cala St Vicente (8 minutes away) has a lot to offer for families or the more adventurous, including pedal-boats, great cafes and restaurants and one of the best dive-boats on the island if you are a keen scuba or snorkeller.

This deposit will be refunded to you within 1 week of the end of your rental. Your rental includes fresh linens and towels changed every week. An Additional maid service is available if required for 15 euros per hour.
