The swimming pool (9m x 5m) has Roman steps and a spacious sun terrace (175 sq.m.) with Balinese wooden dining table seating 8 people.
There is a sitting area under a large umbrella and 6 sun beds.
The grounds of 3100 sq.m. are completely fenced in with an electrically operated gate.
There are ample parking places.

No children (minimum age about 28 years)
No party people.
Not wheelchair accessible

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: with double king size bed.
Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds, own bathroom and terrace.

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, each. with shower and toilet

Kitchen: Completely renovated kitchen (March 2006) with all the equipment!

Utility Room: Washing machine, storage.

Living Room: The lounge is the extension of the beautiful terrace when you put all the terrace doors open.
Sitting on the couch, you still have the postcard view on Ibiza Town!

Other:The upstairs bedroom has its own lovely terrace with breathtaking view.

Cleaning/towels/linen:
Towels and linen are included, when cleaned midweek, you get new towels, and at the end of the week, we clean, change towels and bed linen.

Golf:
There is a beautiful golf course on Ibiza, 15 mins drive.

Travel:
Car hire is absolutely essential!

Distances:
Everything is nearby on Ibiza, the Island is 20km x 40km You'll need a car though.

Changeover day is Sunday. Villa must be left at 10.00am, new arrivals can enter villa at 2.00pm. There's a possibility to leave your bags, untill the villa is available. Also when your return flight is late in the day, you are allowed to leave your cases.

35 euro reservation costs
500 euros security deposit.
