Standalone hillside villa close to Ibiza Town and Santa Eularia. Ideally located to access the quiet north of the island, the fashionable south of the island, and the famous clubs, bars and restaurants. Val Verde is a small urbanisation and the villa is in a very peaceful location. The views across the island are spectacular and the summer sunsets are breathtaking.  
 
The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, and 2 with a shared bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom which can be used as a private bathroom. 
 
There is an open plan living / dining / kitchen area which has been refurbished to modern standards. This leads onto the pool area and dining terrace which have also been refurbished to modern standards. Guests say they find it very difficult to leave the sun loungers on this terrace as its perfect for sipping a cocktail while watching the sunset.
