Vacation Rental Description

The house is in a great loation just 2 minutes walk from the beach of Es Pouet and 15 minutes walk to the bustling town of San Antonio and all its amenities yet in a quiet lane with no passing traffic. No need for a car as there are taxis and buses passing by the beach at the bottom of the lane regularly.
The private pool has terraces on 3 sides, 6 sunbeds and various tables and chairs for your comfort.There is an outside bbq and eating area and a terrace off the house for relaxing out of the sun. There is a hammock for those snoozes.
Main bedroom is large with double bed, built-in wardrobes, then there are 2 more twin rooms.
The lounge/kitchen Diner is open plan and airy and modern, with chimney. There is a computer for internet access and wifi. The tv has a sky satellite system.
The kitchen comes with all mod cons including a dishwasher, microwave and conventional oven. Also there is a washing machine situated outdoors.
The bathroom has bath and shower.

A deposit of 50% of the booking is required to secure the booking which is non-refundable. This is usually made by bank transfer. The remaining 50% to be paid on arrival at the villa at the beginning of the holidy. Also a security deposit is required of 400 euros or pounds which will be returned at the end of the holiday if there has been no damage. Changeover day is normally a saturday but during low season we can accomodate different arrival days, always ask. Entry to the villa on arrival day is not before 3pm, and checkout on day of departure is before 12 midday. Depending on the bookings around your stay we can be flexible on this too, so just ask us if we can help we will.
