Villa in Ibiza Town, Ibiza  
Impressive luxurious Villa in Ibiza Town, in a quiet surrounding, just minutes from the city centre.  
Interiorly the Villa is decorated in a classic rustic style. The Villa itself is based on two floors and has a double bedroom, two triple and two twin bedrooms; There is a second guest house with has another two bedrooms. The Villa can sleep a maximum of fourteen people.  
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave.  
In the main Villa the living room is set on two levels, steps down take you to the lounge area with sofas, DVD player, TV & stereo system; the upper area has a large wooden dining table and chairs.  
There is a second lounge and dining area in the guest house.  
In total there are four bath/shower rooms in the complex, there is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.  
The exterior of the Villa is really charming, very private with trees all around, with an attractive garden of trees and plants, a private pool, sundeck area with sunbeds, two barbecues, outside dining areas and lots of little alcoves and chillout areas.
