It's a beautiful modern apartment located in a quite area in Ibiza town. 
There is the layout: three double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the others with twings-beds), a bathroom, a spacious living-dining room, a full equipment kitchen (fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, small oven and all the items that you need to cook and eat)Although there is a small room where can sleep one person more in case will be necessary. Also, it has a TV,Tdt,Cd-Dvd music and films,free wifi internet area 6 Megas, air-conditionning (warm and cold), and a washmachine. 
You can walk and sightseeing all the Ibiza town. The harbour is at 10 minutes walking, the old historic zone is 7 minutes walking and not far than 50 m you have supermarkets, restaurants, all kind of shoops, chemists, bancs. 
The bus station, where you can go to all the island, it's just two minutes walk from the apartment and some taxis stations are at the surroundings. 
It's a idealy place to pass a comfortable holidays with your family or with your best friends.
