The bathrooms both have power showers and there is full air-conditioning throughout. Also provided is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an intercom entry system for your peace of mind. The apartment is beautifully furnished in a modern, contemporary style and has a good supply of new cotton sheets and quality towels. There is a cable TV with a DVD that also plays CD's. The terrace looks out across the garden and swimming pool towards the beach and sea. The apartment is within walking distance of Ibiza town and is also a short walk from a shuttle ferry that runs into the harbour of the old town.

This property is very close to Ibiza old town and is directly on the beach. It is on the Figueretes side of Ibiza town and is handily placed for the airport, Salinas beach or the Dalt Vila itself. There are many quality restaurants, a variety of bars and without doubt the best nightclubs in the world, all just a short taxi ride away. The beach life and people watching is some of the best in the world. There are many sides to this magical island and there is much to see and explore. The apartment is perfectly situated to take full advantage of Ibiza's unique nightlife, shopping, the wonderful Mediterranean climate and not forgetting the fabulous beaches.

The balance is then payable either 2 weeks prior to, or on, arrival.
