dinningrrom whit open kitchen, there is a shared garden area with 3 pools ( 1 for kids ),internet, phone to do local phoncalls, alarm, satelite its around 3 km to the beach and 2 km to bars and resturants but there is a resturante just 0,5 km from the apartment,

Eivissa also known as "Isla Blanca" - the "White Island", ( not only the party Island ) Its one of the beautiest island the Mediterranean.The D'Alt Vila, with its cathedral, medieval walls and steep, narrow streets, is breathtaking, whilst the newer part of the town around the harbour , shops, local bouteques and specialist shops plus an increasing range of designer stores to cater for the growing up-market clientele on the island. Marina Botafoc, a luxury harbour with its numerous restaurants, is short drive away, walking distance 10 minutes, along the Talamanca Bay or you can take the boat over what takes only 5 min.

To reserve the dates we ask for 50 % of the total and at arrival date you pay the rest of the total,
we ask allsaw for a deposit that is 20 % of the total, this deposit you get back when departur date.
