The apartment is situated in a peaceful beautiful maintained residence in the Northeast side of Ibiza 4 km from San Carlos. The apartment has a breathtaking view across the deep blue sea which you can enjoy either from the couch in the living room as from the terrace. The residence is built on a cliff so that's why it has a beautiful sea view.

San Carlos is about 4 km from the residence, it is a nice typical village, you can find a place called Las dalias which is known for its weekly organised Hippy market and during the high season the Namaste parties. The nearest beach is Cala Llenya 200 m from the apartment, this is a nice family beach, on the other side there is Cala mastella here you have a lot of privacy. There is also a bus stop down the street which can get you any where on the island, like the capital Eivissa, to the more than 50 beaches, the famous Hippy markets and of course the astonishing night-life there is a lot to see!! The Island is relatively small so everything is 'nearby'. For the UK visitors: from October 28th 2008 Ryan Air the low cost air-company will start its flights 2 times a week directly to Ibiza from London Stansted, and vice-versa with very low prices, so think about that if you want to have a break in the Low season, visit Ibiza!

When you eventually decided to make a reservation, I will send you a booking form, this form you have to read carefully and to fill in and send it back to me either by fax, mail or regular post. This returned booking form and a deposit of 100 euro per week ( so if you want to stay for 2 weeks you have to pay 200 euros) will make it a valid reservation. All the payment methods and terms for cancellations will be described in the booking form.
