Conditions 30% deposit available at time of booking. Rest of balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival. If reservation made within 10 weeks of arrival full balance to be paid at time of booking. £250 refundable security deposit to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellation Policy: More than 57 days before arrival date – 75% of rental refunded 29 to 56 days before arrival date – 50% of rental refunded 14 to 28 days before arrival date – 25% of rental refunded 0 to 14 days before arrival date – 10 % of rental refunded
