Vacation Rental Description

These apartments, with hot and cold air conditioning, have been furnished to a high standard. Situated in a private complex, the apartments enjoy magnificent sea views.

These are the details for the first-floor apartment. Please contact for details of our ground-floor apartment on the same complex.

The good-sized bedroom contains two single beds, a large wardrobe, two large open shelves, two bedside cabinets, four-drawer unit with mirror over, an additional six drawer unit and three wall lights. There is a safe permanently fitted for the use of guests.

The lounge has one large bed settee comprising one static and one pull-out bed (this can be used as two singles or one double), two large chair-beds which convert into single beds, a coffee table, dining table and chairs, t.v. and d.v.d. player on a traditional, Spanish-style wall unit. A large, free-standing fan stands in the corner of the lounge.

The separate kitchen comprises fitted cupboards, ample work surfaces, fridge, washing machine, four-ring halogen hob with cooker hood over, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee, tea and sugar canisters. We have provided a fire extinguisher in the kitchen and we have also installed a smoke alarm in the apartment. The bathroom has a built-in sink with marble surround and large, illuminated mirror over, toilet, bidet, full-size bath with shower over.

Private balcony complete with round patio table and chairs, fitted pull-out clothes line and free-standing clothes dryer/airer, exterior cupboard containing cleaning equipment and various pool/beach equipment. A battery-operated pump and a foot pump are provided for use with beach/sea inflatables (the pumps are kept inside the apartment). The beautiful, seafront communal swimming pool has ample sunbed

There are numerous hotels, bars, shops and supermarkets very close by. You can choose to be completely self-catering or you can go into the hotels and bars to purchase your meals. We often buy our meals at The Miami Hotel (next door to the apartment) where a buffet (eat and drink as much as you like) breakfast costs approx. 9 euros each and a buffet dinner (again, as much as you want but without drinks) costs approx. 12 euros per head. You can go into any of the hotels for drinks and entertainment. The Mar Bella Bar and Restaurant facing the beach is highly recommended.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. The apartment sleeps 1 - 5 people (6th person at additional pro-rata charge) - no surcharges for under-occupancy. Payment in sterling please. 25% deposit payable on booking if in advance of 10 weeks before date of holiday. Payment in full required if less than 10 weeks to date of holiday. Refundable security deposit of £200.00 against damage and/or breakages - to be included with final holiday payment. Daily rates for holidays of less than one week 2009 - May & October - £85 per day, June & September - £100 per day, July & August - £115 per day e.g. 10 nights in August - weekly rate of £750 + 3 nights £115 per night = £1,095. PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT BE BEATEN ON PRICE FOR SIMILAR APARTMENTS ON THE SAME COMPLEX
