Vacation Rental Description
The Apartment :
Master double bedroom with sea views, en-suite shower/bath and WC; a twin bedroom with separate shower and WC. Ceiling fans and electric heaters make the apartment comfortable all year round.

Travel:
Soller town is accessed by the electric tram or by road and is within approximately 15 minutes. Palma City centre is approximately 30 minutes by road or within the hour by express coach directly from the port. Alternatively the famous Edwardian electric railway from Soller town will take you through the orange and lemon groves and the mountains to Palma in approximately one hour. Palma airport is around 30 kilometres away and the journey time by car is approximately 40 minutes. We do recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay although this is not essential.

Low Season Price : £498
High Season Price : £598 per Week


Terms: Available for short or long term rental for most of the year, letting from Saturday to Saturday although not essential. 50% deposit is payable on booking with the balance payable one month before departure. Payment in pounds Sterling or Euros (subject to an agreed exchange rate). Credit cards (not American Express) may be accepted subject to a surcharge and agreement.

We respectively point out that we do not run a cancellation policy and therefore any deposit or balance paid is none returnable. In order to cover all eventualities we strongly recommend that travel insurance is put firmly in place prior to booking.

Rental costs: From £498.00 to £598.00 per week or the Euro equivalent. For shorter or long term lets please enquire.
