Main Description
This duplex apartment is within a private complex with 7 swimming pools available for your use (inc. childrens pool).
1st floor - The entrance leads into the kitchen where you will find a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster. There is a small bathroom with sink and W/C. The lounge has two sofas (one is a double sofa bed) as well as tv with satellite, hi fi, and patio doors leading out to the balcony with views over the swimming pool area. There is outside furniture on the balcony.
Upstairs - Main bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with W/C, sink, bidet, bath with shower in bath. The main bedroom has a small balcony. On this floor there is also a large BBQ terrace also with outside furniture and views over the swimming pool area.
Next floor up - Roof terrace, from here there are lovely views of the whole area as well as the swimming pool area. There are also a couple of sun loungers in order to be able to top up your tan!
Both bedrooms and lounge area have air con.

High Season Price : €1125 per Week
To reserve the apartment a 25% deposit is required and the balance to be paid in full within 6 weeks of the arrival date.
