Charming village house inside Sahún, a little mountain town. New construction keeping the flavour of the Benasque valley: slates, stones and wood. The house is fournished and equiped: washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV/DVD. There are three bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms (one complete), kitchen, attic and a terrace. Sahún is located near (6 km) Benasque, the main town of the valley. There are many activities to practice: tracking, climbing (the highest mountains of the Pyrinees are in the Valley: Aneto, Maladeta, Posets...), skying, rafting or just to go for a walk enjoying the countryside, the landscapes, the people. The Maladeta-Aneto Natural Park is waiting you.

      High Season Price: €1,700 per Week
         

    At reservation the deposit requirement is the 40% of total price. You have to pay the rest within the previous week of entrance. A private contract will arrange beetween the owner and the tenant. If any trouble could avoid the stay, the reimbursement will be done proportionally to the days.
