The apartment has been set up as a second home, and is furnished to the highest standard. It has a large open plan lounge/dining kitchen area with 2 comfortable sofas, a dining table for 6 people, TV and DVD player and a wood burning stove. The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave oven and washing machine. 
The main bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a facility for a 5th person, either on the sofa bed in the lounge area or on a put-u-up bed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ample storage.  
There is a large bathroom wuth full bath and overhead shower. The apartment is centrally heated thoughout with a constant supply of hot water.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a small complex of 24 apartments, most of which are owned and lived in by local people. It is situated in a quiet cobbled street in the centre of Benasque. The apartment overlooks a garden of a local home and has a small terrace on which to sit and enjoy a glass of the local wine. The area is renowned for the Somontana wines and within an hours drive down the valley, are many family owned bodegas that are open for tours and wine tastings.There are two municipal open air pools within close proximity to the apartment and famous thermal baths with a spa available for pampering yourself.

Benasque is situated in the heart of the beautiful Posets Maladeta National Park in the Spanish Pyrenees. It is largely undiscovered by anyone other than the Spanish themselves. Benasque with its unspoilt, quaint old buildings and narrow streets is an ideal centre for the independent traveller to use as a base for activities such as walking, moutaineering, birdwatching, skiing and other mountain sports. The nature reserve includes big forests of oaks and beeches with high mountain lakes, the last living glaciers of the Iberian peninsular, waterfalls, deep valleys and more than sixty summits above three thousand metres. 
The ski resort of Cerler serves Benasque. Skiing in Cerler has a very different feel from the well known resorts in the Alps. Mainly Spanish ski here, there are no package tour companies here! The resort is less crowded with no queuing for lifts. It is an ideal resort, whether for beginners or experienced skiers.

The rental price is based on 4 people . For a 5th person an additional charge of £40 is payable per week booked. A £100 deposit per week booked is payable on confirmation of booking The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. Rental rates include linen hire and an end of let clean.
