Finca Bascella is fortunate to be situated at an envied end of track location in the Sierra De Las Nieves national park in a peaceful romantic atmosphere, yet it is only just over 1km from the main A366 Ronda road. The villa was built to a high standard in 2003 and is 550 meters above sea level. It commands breath taking views across olive and almond groves to the mountains. The highest of these mountains being over 6000ft. On a clear day even the Mediterranean sea can be seen. Under 2 km away is the hamlet of Jorox which has a cave venta. 4km distance is the white villages of Alozaina and Yunquera both have a couple of super markets and banks plus several bars and restaurants where you can sample typical Spanish dishes and of course wine. During the year there are many fiestas in the surrounding villages. The area is perfect for walking. Finca Bascella which is set in the middle of its own 3 acres of land would suit those who wish for a tranquil base but would like the maximum options open to them as possible. Coin a sizable town, is just 25 minutes away as is golf, tennis, off roading, quad biking, archery, Paint balling etc. 40 minutes away is Marbella and its shops, beach and night life. 39km away is the famous gorge of RONDA. Seville, Cordoba and the Alhambra Palace of Granada a 2 hour journey. Gibraltar is a great attraction with tourists with its Apes and duty free shopping. Nerja caves should also be on your list of visits. Both are under 2 hours distance. During the winter the ski slopes of Granada are a little over 2 hours away. Malaga airport is under 1 hour away.

THe villa has 3 large bedrooms all with fans. Master bedroom has king size bed and ensuite facilities. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. The villa floor is all on one level. Both bath rooms have bath/shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin. There is also a further guest toilet. The lounge is fitted with the quietest running air conditioning in the world. A cot, single sofa bed is available and will fit in any of the bed rooms or hallway.A high chair is also available. UK satellite TV is in the lounge and free broadband internet. All rooms have magnificent views.
Well planted gardens front and rear, including Lavender,Roses, Jasmin, Night scented Dame De Noche and Palm tress. Choice of terraces one 60sq meters with large 8 seater circular table set under a 5x4 meter pergola. Villa terrace has teak table and 6 chairs. plus several padded chairs, Entrance hall, Kitchen, and lounge has beamed ceilings. Pool has effect lighting.

Just 100 pound secures your booking. The rental amount is due 8 weeks before holiday commencement. Payment can be by cheque to my U.K, bank or by bank transfer. Generous welcome pack greets you on arrival. The property is wheel chair friendly. As we are end of track location you have no passing traffic so pets and children are safe.
