From there you can visit Seville (25 mn by fastway), Ronda, White Villages, Cordoba, Xeres, at 1h by car.Granada, Malaga, Portugal: 2h more or less.. The beach is at 1h (Cadiz), 1h30 (Huelva..). 
The house, for 8-9 PEOPLE ,is very confortable and beautiful with :

PROVINCIA DE SEVILLA 
 
LOS MOLARES is a little and quiet andalousian village close to Sevilla (25mn in car o by train from Utrera). Close to the house, shops, restaurants,bank.... 
 
The average annual temperature is 24ºC. The average maximum temperature is 45ºC. The coldest month is January and the average minimum temperature is 8ºC.The sun and a cloudless sky are predominant the most of the time. Normally you could enjoy the pool every day during your stay. 
 
Andalucia is the biggest region of Spain and one of the richest , culturally speaking .There are so many interesting cities and excursions nearby that a week wiil be too short. There are lovely beaches only one hour driving,walking excursions ,etc .. If you travel with children you can visite an theme park ISLA MAGICA. Prehistoric caves. dancing horses exhibitions in Jerez,Fñamenco à Seville...  
A big selection of restaurants, to the simplest tapas bars..., take andalusien breakfast in the terraces... 
 
But for those ones that want to get away from big cities and enjoy the quiet life of a traditional Spanish village, LOS MOLARES and Utrera offers all the facilities from local food markets , cinemas,shops, family owned restaurants and amazing gastronomy.
