Imagine coming back from a daily trip through one of the most historical regions in Spain and stepping into this cosy home, sitting down in front of the fireplace on a chilly winter day or just seeing the sunset out in the garden all year long. The space, traditional style, facilities and atmosphere make a perfect holiday home to rest at anytime, but also offers access to the most entertaining activities, art, villages and beaches in the Heart of Andalucia and, of course, the romantic city of Seville and the joy of Utrera. But for those ones that want to get away from big cities and enjoy the quiet life of a traditional Spanish village, Utrera offers all the facilities from local food markets to swimming pools, local cinemas and shops, family owned restaurants and amazing gastronomy. Ideal for a walk at night after dinner or a jog in the morning just before having a "Chocolate Con Churros" for breakfast.
The house has a fully equipped leisure area in the basement (180 sqm) with sofas, reading area, minibar, and games.
Extra cleaning services during the stay can be arranged in advance
Guide books, local information, useful numbers and personal recommendations can be found in the house and local key contact will be available during agreed hours.
There is a double room and bathroom on ground floor for easy access to elderly or people who prefer to avoid the stairs.
The town is of great historical interest.
Utrera is considered the cradle of the fighting bull, and there are many famous cattle farms in its municipal district.
The area is known for numerous festivities, particularly the fair, which is celebrated during the days before and after the day of Utrera's patron saint: the Virgin of Consolación. This fiesta attracts many people from all over Andalusia and Spain as a whole.
Utrera is also known for the mostachón, a kind of small flattened cake made with sugar and cinnamon.
Seville is one of the most romantic, historical and cosmopolitan cities in the heart of Andalucia and offers easy access to Costa De La Luz, and the most popular Sherry Wine cellars in Jerez region.
