1 Bedroom Apartment in Seville

This excellent apartment is located at one of the most valued and renowned areas of Sevilla, the popular as well as exclusive neighborhood of Triana, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre and the historic part of the city. All of Seville’s well known monuments and most of attractions can be accessed within 15 minutes walking distance.  
 
This is a newly renovated two-piece apartment: one bedroom and one spacious living-room, plus kitchenette, one bathroom, a small studio space (with foldable bed), and dining area. The unit is part of a small, luxurious and very quiet complex of eight apartments in a charming Andalucian patio on one... of the few and charming pedestrian streets in Sevilla: San Jacinto.  
 
The apartment is decorated in a modern style and furnished with comfortable and functional pieces. All utilities are included: air conditioning, electricity, gas, heating and wi-fi.  
 
The bedroom has two singles that can be transformed into one double bed. And up to 2-3 more guests can be accommodated in the two sofa beds located in the living room, plus foldable bed in studio area.  
 
The kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances and equipped with kitchenware and cooking and serving utensils. The bathroom comprises a bathtub and shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin. A washing machine, ironing equipment, and bed linen and towels are also included.  
 
Daily rate: 60€ - 65€ per night or 400€ - 420€ per week for two-person stays. 15€ per night each extra person up to four-five guests. 140€ euros per weekend (two nights) for 2 people. 20€ per night and extra person.  
 
High season (Semana Santa and Feria de Abril): 145€ per day for 2 persons, 30€ per night and extra guest in these two periods. 
 
Forms of Payment: Bank Transfer in Euros. 25% to make reservation firm and rest to be paid upon arrival.  
 
No charge for children of under 6 years of age. Cots and strollers are available at no extra cost. (Please check for availability beforehand). 
 
The apartment is fully cleaned at changeover, but added cleaning of linen can be arranged on demand. 
 
On arrival, owner will meet travellers, handle keys, and explain how everything works, as well as general overview of local amenities, places to visit and shopping areas.
