APARTMENT MARBELLA is a 3 BEDROOM, SELF-CONTAINED apartment that is on the second & third floor of a lovely old 19th century Sevillana house in a quiet part of ALAMEDA right in the heart of the old city and a short walk to BARS, RESTAURANTS, SHOPS RIVER & HISTORIC SIGHTS.

COMPLETELY RENOVATED during 2008/9. No expense has been spared to produce immaculate, comfortable, state of the art accommodation. It is well equipped and perfectly furnished with the utmost care down to the smallest detail and guaranteed to please. With marble flooring throughout & fountains in the foyer, the building is on 3 floors and you will have TWO PRIVATE TERRACES. Please note - no lift.

The apartment has full HOT/COLD AIR CONDITIONING and 96 m2 usable area.

The entrance is on the second floor & the living room layout is is open plan and consists of:
LOUNGE with sofa/double bed. DINING AREA area with table and 8 chairs.
PRIVATE TERRACE - 15 M2.
SEPARATE KITCHEN.

BEDROOM 1 with double bed 150 x 200cm & large fitted wardrobe.

One of our SPANISH/ENGLISH SPEAKING REPS. will be at the apartments to meet you when you arrive and can assist you with any queries that you may have during your stay. They can advise on local amenities, where to eat, best places to visit and shop. They will also be there to collect the keys from you when you leave.

There is no charge for children of under 6 years of age. Cots & strollers are available at no extra cost.

THINGS TO DO IN SEVILLE:
As you will be in the heart of the old city there are a great many things to do and see, take a leisurely stroll along the banks of the RIVER GUADALQUIVIR, go and see the awe inspiring CATHEDRAL, which is the largest Gothic Cathedral in the world and its Moorish 'GIRALDA' Tower.

Other important historic sights that should not be missed are the REALES ALCAZARES, PLAZA ESPANA, MARIA LUISA PARK, MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS to name but a few. Take a TRAM RIDE around the city sights, or a go on a RIVER CRUISE. Stroll around the great shops and boutiques, the leather wear on sale here is second to none. Visit the lively local MARKET in Calle Feria, held on Thursdays.

The ISLA MAGICA THEME PARK across the river is only a 10 minute walk.

After an exciting day you may want to go and try the local food in one of numerous TAPAS BARS and RESTAURANTS. By the river you can find many romantic open air restaurants. Or have dinner in the centre and dine whilst watching a traditional FLAMENCO show.

As well as SHOWS and PLAYS, BALLET and OPERA can be seen at various theatres, often featuring famous international performers.

The NIGHTLIFE in the city is very lively, fuelled by the many bars, clubs and discos where you can keep going till dawn, and then you can go for CHOCOLATE and CHURROS, an absolute 'must'.

FREE Wifi Internet connection available 24/7. Linen - sufficient sheets, quilts and towels for each guest. Iron & ironing board. Hairdryer. Safe. The apartment can be cleaned and the linen changed during your stay for an extra charge. Please contact us for details. CAR HIRE is not necessary unless you are planning to visit remote places outside Seville not covered by public transport. PARKING: There is no parking at the apartments, however there is private parking nearby, which needs to be booked in advance, and will cost 15 Euros a day.

    A great & economical way to travel around central Seville is to hire a SEVICI bike. Pick up/drop off points throughout the city all within 300m of where you are. Book before arrival to get your smart card in time

    COAST/BEACH
    The nearest beach is at Matalascanas, Huelva - 92 kms (1 hr drive).
    Other lovely sandy beaches can be found along the Atlantic coast going south starting at Sanlucar de Barrameda (125 kms (1.20 hrs), stretching down to Tarifa and the Straits of Gibraltar.

A 25% deposit (non refundable) is required at the time of booking. This can be paid by bank transfer in Euros to a Spanish bank, in the pound sterling equivalent to a UK bank or by Visa or Mastercard. The remaining 75% will be due on arrival. Also due will be a refundable 150 Euro damage deposit which will be returned to you at checkout. Included in the price: Assistance from our Reps upon arrival and during your stay in the city. Use of an apartment that is carefully cleaned between each rental, plus use of the communal areas. Electricity & water.
