    		  Low Season Price: €55 per Day
      High Season Price: €95 per Day
         

    Rate per night/two peoples: 55 euros per night. 330 euros/week. For three peoples or more the rate will be increased in 10 euros per person and night. Minimun two nights. Rate for Holy Week and Feria/ two peoples: 95 euros per night. 570 euros per week. For three peoples or more the rate will be increased in 18 euros per person. Minimun five To make a reservation we need you to make a deposit of the 20% of the rent, into our bank account. You can also do it by post or by a friend in Sevilla. Then as soon as we check your deposit, we will send you by e-mail your reservation. The rest of the rent will be payed in cash in the apartment when you sign the contract and get the keys. This payment will be not returned, except the contract could not be signed for our sake.
