The amount left will be paid at arrival by cash or credit card. * By the time the keys are picked up at the apartment, 200 euros security deposit will be paid by credit card. This amount will be refund to your credit card after check out if there is no damages caused. Cancellation Policies: * 30 days before check in: 70% refund of amount wired to our account. * 30 to 15 days before check in: 30% refund of amount wired to our account. * 15 days before check in: 0% refund of amount wired to our account.
