The apartment is decorated in a modern style and furnished with comfortable and functional pieces. All utilities are included: air conditioning, electricity, gas, water and heating, wifi. Sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms (plus a folded double bed in living-room for 1-3 extra guests).
The kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances and equipped with kitchenware and cooking and serving utensils. The bathrooms comprise bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin. A washing machine, ironing equipment, and bed linen and towels are also included.
Regular rate: 135 euros per night for up to 6 people (3-night-minimum). 20 euros per extra night/person (up to 9 guests). 150 euros per weekend night (two nights minimum) for 6 people, and 20 euros per extra person/night. 830 euros per week for 6 guests.
High season (Semana Santa and Feria Abril): 320 euros per night for 6 people and 35 Euros per extra guest/n
