The appartment it's located in the historic quarter of Seville, inside the old walls of the city. You can go walking to all the monuments and beatifull places of the city in less than 15min. It's fully equipated: white linen, air conditioned, heating, microwaves, big TV, iron, washing machine. Very clean. New mattress bought in 2008. 
Elegant decoration and excellent levels of comfort and freedom of movement with all kind of plublic transport, including central train station (Santa Justa), at less than 5 min. 
For days (min. 2 nights). Maxim. 4 people (1 double bed room + double sofa-bed in the living room).

This amount will be refund to you after check out if there is no damages caused. Cancellation Policies: * 30 days before check in: 50% refund of amount wired to our account. * Less than 30 days before check in: 0% refund of amount wired to our account.
