Vacation Rental Description
Set in beautiful gardens, traditional Andalucian design, built to the highest standard throughout, Las Chimeneas is wheelchair friendly with a private courtyard and garden with 8x5m pool. Full facilities include flat screen TV, DVD/video players and wireless broadband internet. Las Chimeneas is set in large grounds with well stocked gardens as the owners are passionate gardeners. 
1 bedroom accommdation 
Choose either the double or twin bedroom 
2 Bedroom Accommodation: 
The Blue Room has twin beds, traditionally built wardrobe, dressing table and chair. The Rose Room has a double bed with traditional wardrobe, dressing table and chair. Both rooms have full length mirrors. 
The bathroom has a wide door for wheelchair access, open "wet room" shower with drop down seat and room for a wheelchair. There is a corner basin with triple mirrors, loo, heated towel rail and first aid cupboard. 
Well stocked kitchen with fridge, electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, toaster, coffee percolator, washing machine, iron etc.  
Open plan lounge/ kitchen with wood burning fire, fans, Satellite TV, DVD/video, cassette/cd player and wireless internet broadband. Comfortable chairs and sofa, dining table for 6.  
3 Bedroom Accommodation: 
As above but with additional yellow room with en-suite bedroom which has twin beds, traditionally built wardrobe, dressing table and chair, full length mirror, easy chair. 
 
Las Chimeneas is wheelchair friendly - from the car to the front door, to the private garden, pool and terrace - there are no steps at all, useful also for families with young children and the elderly. There is an open shower/'wet room' for wheelchair access. Pool [8 x 5 metres] is separated from casita by a bolted gate. 
 
Sorry No Pets and No Smoking. Good quality linen and towels provided for use in the house. Everything is newly furbished and of good quality and there is plenty of hot water for all! Hairdriers and adaptors for English plugs available. Highly efficient window shutters make the use of the fans supplied virtually unnecessary. Woodburning fire with a good supply of wood and heaters provided for cool winter evenings. 
 
Private pool, 8x5m and 1.5 - 2m deep with terrace is for use by the guests. Table tennis table, tables and chairs including loungers. Private courtyards and gardens. BBQ facilities. Ample parking in front of the house. Access to Las Chimeneas, 2.5 km from Orgiva is via the tarmac road followed by 200 metres of track - it is easy to find.
