Vacation Rental Description
As you enter the Alpujarra, from the valley of the Guadalfeo river, you will find this beautiful accommodation. It’s surrounded by a working estate of olive, orange, lemon and almond groves which are harvested every season by the proprietors. To familiarise yourself with this world of times gone by you can follow step by step the daily life of the local farmers of the Alpujarra; the irrigation, preparing the ground to harvest the olives……Not only can you enjoy the lovely countryside but the excellent Andalusian weather as well. The swimming pool is situated right next to the house which everyone will enjoy, especially the children. There is also a BBQ and plenty of shady spots around the house if you need to escape the sun.
El Llano de Funes was built to be enjoyed by its owners and as such has the detail and care that you would want for yourself. The house has three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with twin beds), dining/living room with fire place, kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a cosy terrace and a totally private swimming pool. Sorry, NO pets allowed.

    If the holiday home you have chosen is available we will make a provisional booking and you can pay by a bank transfer. From this moment you have 48 hours to do the transfer; if your booking is less than 6 nights we require a deposit of one night, if your holiday is more than 6 nights we require a deposit of 20% of the total amount of money. If you do not transfer the deposit in time we will cancel your provisional booking. As soon as we have received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation of booking, showing details of your reservation, the amount paid, the balance due for payment and when it is due. If you cancel your booking more than 15 days before your arrival date you lose 50% of it. Less than 15 days you lose all your deposit. The balance due will be pay when you get your holiday home keys.
