The property has been created to provide well equipped, light and airy accommodation comprising an open plan reception room with lounge, dining area and kitchen. French doors lead on to a balcony and there is a staircase to the rooftop giving 360 degree views of the town and the surrounding mountains. There are two double bedrooms. One with a double bed, one with two singles. All rooms have fans for the hot summers and thick duvets to keep you warm on chilly winter nights.
All facilities accommodate up to four adults comfortably, but a baby's cot can also be provided.
Guests will be able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of this lively market town, especially on market day, Thursday, or use the property as a base to explore the stunningly beautiful countryside. Whether you fancy a gentle walk, a hearty trek, an exhilarating cycle ride or are looking for a base close to the local estate agents to house-hunt yourself, this lovely apartment in its central location will make an ideal base for you.

We provide a really large barbecue on the balcony - and it's pleasant to sit out of an evening in good company savouring the aromas of supper cooking, with a bottle or two chilling in the fridge.... the perfect way to end a busy day.

This beautiful mountainous area provides the opportunity for the most gentle pace of walking, or the most challenging of a full days trekking. And whether birdwatching, biking or painting in the countryside - or maybe sitting in the local cafes watching the world go by - you will find The Alpujarras a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
Tapas is a standard accompaniment to an alcoholic drink from lunchtime onwards - a good tradition to be preserved and enjoyed. Whilst you cannot choose what you receive, this snack is usually of local produce and if you have a second drink the second tapas is normally different to the first. Try Tinto de Verano in the summer - a long cool refreshing mix of red wine and lemonade.

We are very flexible and do our very best to accommodate your needs. We do let for a minimum of 4 days @ €39 per day. We require a 25% deposit payable upon booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. If making a late booking please phone to make arrangements for full payment. Once bookings are confirmed by us, no refunds will be given and we strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover cancellations. A Euro 100 deposit is required, payable on arrival, to cover damage of property. This total sum or balance, as appropriate, will be repaid upon departure. The rental is for 4 guests. If less in your party contact us to discuss rates. The rent includes bed linen and towels. However, please bring your own swimming towels. If you are looking for a longer term let then discounts are available - please call us. We provide an excellent starter pack for the fridge and a welcome bottle of wine.
