Almanzar de Bubión is a townhouse situated at the edge of the historic white village of Bubión in La Alpujarra of Granada. Apartment 1 is situated at street level. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 twin beds. Both enjoy lots of cupboard space. The balcony has extensive and uninterrupted views of the high mountains and the beautiful Poqueira Valley. Every comfort is provided. Additionally there is a communal laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. This room could serve to store bikes. All amenities are within walking distance and there is a car park nearby. Both Granada City and the beach are at about 1.30hrs drive whilst the local area offers many sporting & cultural activities and a variey of language, dance and art courses. Granada airport is at about 2hrs drive, Malaga airport at 3.

  • Bubión is situated in the higher part of Las Alpujarras and is one of its most beautiful white villages. All amenities are available including some excellent restaurants, shops, supermarkets and an internet café. Flat 1 has 2 double bedrooms with a rent of 220€ a week. It is fully equipped including an electic kettle, an electric toaster, and a hairdryer. A selection of games, books, magazines, CDs and DVDs are provided along with some useful information leaflets. The terrace with stunning and uninterrupted views has a table with 4 chairs and a barbecue. There are ceiling fans in all rooms for the Summer and oil-filled electric radiators and a wood fire for the Winter. There is an additional gas heater. The flat is cleaned and the linen and towels changed weekly at no extra cost. There is car access to the door and a car park nearby.

  • Bubión is situated on the edge of the National Park of Sierra Nevada, a haven for nature and wildlife lovers. River fishing is possible in season though a license is necessary.  
     
    It is easily possible to spend a day skiing, snowboarding, swimming or sightseeing in one of the most romantic cities in the world: Granada.  
     
    Many courses are offered in and around Bubión, such as Spanish classes,painting,ceramic,weaving,flamenco & other dancing, guitar,yoga etc.
