Rates are for 7 nights stay. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking and the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the booking date.Payments by bank transfer preferred .
RATES FOR THE CASITA ONLY are 50% of the Cortijo rates i.e. HIGH season £450 / MID season £325 / LOW season £180
If heating is required during the winter months there is an extra charge of £90 per week for the central heating in the Cortijo and for the Casita a charge of 15 Euros per gas bottle used.

Thank you for the lovely time we had . We love the house and can see that you have decorated it with love. The views are so special, as were the runs through this gorgeous landscape. The boys loved the animals , rock climbing , the pool and the house. They don't want to go back home and neither do we.
We hope to come back some time .

Wonderful relaxing break, nothing too much trouble , made our holiday effortless and easy. Stunning views and weather - It is almost too nice here that we were reluctant to explore and always glad to return to our " home " from home with lovely dogs and resident Twinks ( cat ) to welcome us ! We started coming to Spain for holidays in the early 90's. Being keen cyclists every summer we would get on the ferry to Santander or Bilbao and cycle tour the length and breadth of this huge and diverse country ( also the 2nd mountainous in Europe, so it was pretty tough cycling sometimes!! ) At the end of our trips we would always find ourselves in this region of Andalucia with the harsh beauty of the mountains north of Malaga and having the desire to make a change in direction at the time (for nearly 30 years we ran a very successful ceramics business - Crich Pottery in the UK ) we sold up and after much searching found the perfect place to 'live out our dream ' here at Cortijo la solana.
Up on our mountain side with just the sound of goat bells in the air ( and the odd dog barking !! ) surrounded on all sides by a landscape of hills and rocky outcrops we think you will love it here , just as we do...this is the ideal location for anyone wishing to experience the real Spain.
