Accommodation:

Apartamento Buena Vista is a recently built apartment in a small exclusive block of eleven luxury apartments, ideally situated on the edge of the village with magnificent views of the surrounding hills and mountain scenery, and with views of the Costa Del Sol in the distance.
Situation:
the apartment is located in the lovely friendly village of Villanueva De La Concepción within a short walking distance of all the facilities of the village.
The property:
the apartment is equipped to a very high standard. From the master bedroom patio doors open onto a curved balcony with excellent panoramic views across to the Torcal and the surrounding hills and mountains and there is a larger balcony with access from the lounge with similar views.
Master bedroom:
furnished with double bed and double wardrobe. Patio doors to balcony. Air-conditioning/heating.
Bedroom 2:
furnished with twin beds and built-in double wardrobe. Patio doors.
Bedroom 3:
furnished with twin beds and built-in double wardrobe. Full length picture window. Air-conditioning/heating.
Bathroom:
full sized bath with shower, vanity unit, toilet and bidet.
Lounge/dining area:
furnished with comfortable settees and armchair, dining furniture for six persons, television (including Sky digital), dvd player, hi-fi system. Patio doors to balcony with outdoor furniture on balcony. Air-conditioning/heating.

Kitchen:
fully fitted and equipped with gas hob and electric fan oven, microwave, washing machine, iron & ironing board, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.

Internal patio:

this outdoor area is a lovely place to enjoy the small thriving garden.

all linen and towels are provided.

free parking around/near the apartment building.

The area has many sites for bird watchers, and for seeing wild life. The area has many long distance tracks for off road adventure. El Torcal national park with its unique limestone sculptures, walking routes and vistors' centre is 15 minutes drive away. Lobo Park, where visitors can see several packs of wolves living in a natural environment is 20 minutes drive away. The town of Antequera with its historical buildings and prehistoric Dolmen caves is 25 minutes drive away. Hang gliding is on offer 30 minutes drive away. Cordoba and Granada with their world heritage sites are within easy reach as day trips by car. The resorts of the Costa Del Sol are an hour's drive away. Malaga with its Picasso Museum, CAC gallery of contemporary art, theatres and restaurants is a 50 minute drive away.

Low Season Price:

£160 per Week

High Season Price:

£440 per Week

You pay 20% of the rental as a non-refundable booking deposit. We will acknowledge its receipt. The balance of the rental must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Failure to settle by the due date entitles us to treat the booking as cancelled. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your arrival date, the full amount of rental will be retained by us, unless we subsequently get another booking in your reserved period, in which case a refund will be made on an equitable basis. With your final payment, or on arrival, you pay a damage deposit of £250 (350 Euros) returnable at the end of the rental period so long as the property is left in good and clean condition and anything lost or damaged during your stay has been paid for. You may send, or bring with you, 3 cheques endorsed with your cheque guarantee card all for less than £100 totalling £250, which will be retained and will only be encashed, if there is damage which has not been paid for.
