Main Description
Casa Amapola (meaning Poppy House) is set in the 'campo' (countryside) just 7kms inland. It faces South and has views over a valley towards the sea. It is a modern, spacious 2 bedroom villa, all on one level, located between the villages of Cajiz and Iznate. There are olive and almond trees around the house and good sized terraces to the front (which is covered) and the side (which is the best spot to enjoy the sunset whilst sipping a glass of vino), and a massive terrace around the pool with outside shower. The living area is modern with comfortable sofas, satellite tv, CD and DVD players, a wood burning stove and a large dining table/chairs and a fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, fan-assisted oven, etc. There are two good sized bedrooms; one double and one twin and a bathroom with full size bath with shower. A washing machine/iron/ironing board is there, should you need. A small portable BBQ and a big solid BBQ are also available. Bedlinen and towels are provided and a clean after you leave. There are friends close by, should you ever need help/advice.

In brief, Casa Amapola is the ideal place to enjoy a peaceful secluded holiday and yet is not too far from amenities, places of interest and facilities that offer you the opportunity to have a more adventurous, action packed holiday... the choice is yours. It is only 10-15 minutes away from Torre del Mar that is a typical Spanish town with a variety of shops, a marina, aqua park, and a large shopping mall with hypermarket, cinema, bowling, around 100 outlets. It is about 30-40 min drive to Malaga which is a beautiful city. About the same distance East takes you to Nerja which is well known for its Blue Flag beaches and excellent restaurants/bars. There are two 18-hole golf courses that are just 15 minutes away. And for the more adventurous why not take a day trip to Sierra Nevada (1 & half hours away) for skiing, Granada with its magnificent Alhambra Palace, Seville, Cordoba and Gibraltar are all manageable in comfort from Iznate.

Low Season Price : £290
High Season Price : £425 per Week

A deposit of 25% is required with your booking, to secure your reservation. The balance is payable no later that 6 weeks prior to your arrival. In the event of cancellation before the 6 weeks, the deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation is made within the 6 weeks then the full amount is non-refundable, although a credit could be agreed against your next booking
£100 breakage\damages deposit.
A welcome pack is supplied upon your arrival, consisting of tea, milk, bread, marg, bottled water, etc. Extra items can be provided at cost on request.
The letting includes bedlinen, towels, teatowels which are washed upon you leaving. An extra clean can be arranged at a cost of £25.
