Villa Fuerteventura lies just outside the tiny hamlet of Jorox which is located between Alozaina and Yunquera on the N 366. Purchased in a partially completed state by Forsell Holiday Homes in 2003/4 it was finished to an exceptionally high standards and allowed us to choose all the fixtures and fittings. This villa offers total peace and tranquility and has outstanding views of the Sierra de Les Nieves (Snow Mountains) and its natural National park .The area is host to a wide range of natural wildlife including eagles, kestrels, songbirds and foxes. In days gone by the "treasure" of ice and snow was taken and kept in iceboxes in wells for the summer to serve the surrounding villages. This is how the name of the “Snow mountains" came about.
Many of the local villages take their origins from the Arabs and the Moors. Villages including Jorox/Yunquera and Alozaina are situated in one of the most unspoilt and beautiful corners of Andalucia.
Situated in 7000 sq metres of its own grounds, containing both avocado and almond trees, the villa has four double bedrooms (2 double bedded and two twin bedded) each with its own en-suite facilities. Eight people can sleep in total comfort. In addition to this there is a further reception room with a double sofa bed and further en suite facilities making parties of 10 quite comfortable.
Though located in unspoilt Spanish countryside the villa is only 40 minutes from the busy life of Marbella and the coast. In addition the villa is easily accessible for day trips to Granada, Ronda , Seville and Cordoba. Local activities include mountain biking/horse riding/pot holing, canoeing, fishing etc.
The villa is approximately 50 minutes from Malaga Airport.

This room with its own ensuite shower room (which is in addition to the above) acts either as a reception room next to the swimming pool or an additional bedroom. It is equipped with a double sofa bed.
Terraces:
The villa has extensive terraces to the rear and side of the property. Two bedrooms and the lounge/ diner have doors leading to the main terrace above the swimming pool area.
