2 Bedroom Farmhouse in Ronda

Lovely renovated 100-year old farmhouse at 8km from Ronda. 
On the ground floor is the open plan diner-kitchen and living room. There is a high bar dividing the kitchen and the living space, where you can have your breakfast or your meals. The living room has a 3-seater couch, a small table with 4 chairs, television and some books on the shelves.  
In the winter months you will find a typical Andalusian 'brasero' (electric heater). It is placed under a table covered with a cloth that extends to the floor to provide heat for people sitting at the table. 
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. Both bedrooms have their en-suite bathroom and plenty of cupboard space.  
In the colder months the beds have duvets and electric (under)blankets and both rooms have a electric radiator for heating bedroom or bathroom. 
 
The outside space is a terrace in front with shade from a gazebo and soon there will be another terrace (not finished) on the back of the house.  
Improvements of the outside space are needed, but will be done step by step. 
 
There is no private swimming pool attached to the house, but a very pleasant municipal pool (open during the summer months July and August) is only a few minutes away.
