Vacation Rental Description
On its own 6000 sq.m. plot our villa has the best of both worlds; secluded quiet rural position easily accessible by a tarmac road from the village but within 25 minutes to the nearest beach. Stay round the 8 x 4 pool enjoying the breathtaking views or go exploring the overgrown ruin on our land from centuries past. The nearest bar and restaurant is 3 minutes away. You can also get fresh bread from the shop 5 minutes away where you have the luxury of ordering your own special roasted chicken to collect on Sunday afternoon. The villa is light and airy and has air conditioning in the main living area. The location affords the most amazing "night sky" views or you may choose to take an evening dip in our underwater floodlit pool. If you are looking for the perfect holiday combining real Spain with beach days and quaint local restaurants on balmy evenings then look no further... this is the place. 
 
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a king sized bed and built in robes. 
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and built in robes. 
Bedroom 3 with twin beds and built in robes.  
Bathrooms: En suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower over full size bath, twin sinks, toilet and bidet.  
Bathroom to bedroom 2 with shower over full size bath, twin sinks, toilet and bidet.  
Kitchen: Modern light fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, loads of work surface and views in one direction down the valley to the village whilst another window looks out over the pool.  
Living Rooms: Lounge with 2 large 3-seater sofas, television with Sky TV, DVD player with cassette player and radio. Dining area with dining table with chairs (although we usually take these outside for al fresco dining).  
Cleaning/towels/ 
linen/maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided, guests may use our facilities to wash towels etc. and there are ample sheets for several bed changes if required.  
 
There are gently sloping steps down in to the pool at the shallow end. There is a garden gazebo to provide shade and linen curtains as well as fly screens are provided for this structure. 
There are several outside lights around the property and patio doors that face down the valley from the master bedroom and the lounge. 
The cast iron BBQ also faces down the valley to the village should you be able to tear your eyes away from the steak or your San Miguel. 
 
Coast/Beach 
A 25 minutes country drive will take you to the nearest beach at Torre Del Mar whilst a 40 minute drive will find you in Nerja. 
 
Skiing 
Skiing available 2 hours away at the Sol y Neige resort in the Sierra Nevada range. 
 
Special interest holidays 
Views that can only be described as enchanting would lend themselves perfectly to watercolours. 
 
If you truly want to visit the Real Spain with original tapas bars, unique wildlife and wonderful scenery then look no further...you have found your next Holiday! 
 
Travel 
Malaga airport is a 30 minute drive whilst Granada airport is 45 minutes away. 
Car hire would be recommended. We can suggest a reliable, economical company we use personally.

    • The villa has hot/ cold air conditioning to the main living area and a mobile aircon unit that can be moved into a bedroom if required.

    Activities

    There are many peaceful, non too energetic walks around the villa with incredible views. 
    An ideal venue for painting with oils or watercolours. 
     
    There is a waterworld theme park within 25 minutes drive.

    20% deposit required with booking. Outstanding value to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival (this payment must also include a refundable £50 breakage deposit). Payment may be made with credit cards or cheques. A 70 Euro management/cleaning fee is payable to our site manager at the beginning of the holiday. Cancellation Policy:Full refund less deposit if cancelled before the 6 week deadline.Thereafter the full value will be retained.

    Our Villa is in the perfect position: near enough to go down to a choice of beaches for the day but also, you can retire to our hillside position only a 5 minute drive on tarmac roads and relax and take in the beautiful sunsets "far from the madding crowd".

    If you want somewhere to get away from it all and have a relaxing holiday immersed in local Spanish culture then this is the place!
