Good skiing and snow boarding are just two hours drive away in the Sierra Nevada – the most southerly ski centre in Europe – ski early in the morning and swim late afternoon.
The ancient cities of Granada with the Alhambra Palace, Malaga, home to the Museo Picasso, Ronda, with its spectacular gorge, Alhama de Granada with its natural hot springs, and wonderful Sevilla, are all within reach for a day excursion. There are two golf courses just 25 minutes away - and many more one hour away.
The area enjoys one of the best climates in Europe and is certainly well worth a visit.
Tivoli World Amusement Park opens at 5pm and is in the resort of Benalmadena. You can enjoy a fantastic day in a unique spot on the Costa del Sol. “A World of magic and a visit the whole family will enjoy”.

Ideally positioned,where you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding Sierra Tejeda, excellent for walking, climbing, horse riding, Within walking distance/or 5 minutes drive,there is a typical pueblo blanco Spanish village. This old, picturesque, village with narrow cobbled streets, has a natural spring, bullring, bakery, post office, grocery store, butcher and a few restaurants and bars. There’s also a large swimming pool, play area and basketball court. Nearest beaches of Torre del Mar and Velez Malaga (a Moorish town with an old castle) are just 15 minutes drive away, with Nerja 25 minutes. Lively places with excellent facilities – a shopping mall, banks, cinema, bars, good restaurants, waterpark etc. Private coves can be found further along the coast. BBQ at Alcazabar in the forest where you can watch birds and wild goats etc.
