Vacation Rental Description
A terraced ten-year-old house in a hamlet next to the River Guadiaro. The village - Jimera de Libar -is in a valley surrounded by a nature reserve and is a great favourite with birdwatchers. The village itself is one kilometre from the property and contains several bars, a pharmacy, a bank, a hotel, two general stores, a church and central square and a public library with internet access. 30 minutes to Ronda by train or car.

The property is part of a small community around the railway station. Occupancy of the houses is rarely high, as the majority are weekend homes. Just beside the house is a restaurant - 'Quercus', open Thursdays to Sunday. There is also a bar close by, a telephone box as well as the railway station with trains to Granada and Algeciras. All around are rural and river walks.

Inside the house you will find tiled floors throughout. The long living room has dining table, two sofas and an armchair, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi and open fireplace. There is also air conditioning. Beyond, there is a separate fully fitted kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer and hob. From here the back door opens on to the tiny rear patio - just room for the four chairs and small table.
