a one bedroomed village house the bedroom has twin beds and is en-suite with views over the village
The lounge open plan with a bed settee and .t.v with d..v.d Table and chairs . The kitchen has a cooker with oven and toaster, kettle , iron , ironing board, and a washing machine.
Outside is a private courtyard with table and chairs and a B.B.Q stairs lead to the very large private roof terrace with sun loungers and a shaded area the views are quite stunning
The house is at the top of the village ..parking is just up the road, we always meet guest and take all luggage direct to the house
A welcome pack is supplied of food and water, wine and beers
We are on hand to help in any way to ensure your holiday is the very best it can be.
FIESTA's the week before EASTER is a FIESTA IN IZNATE the perfect time to enjoy spanish hospitality
EASTER WEEK celebrated all over spain NOT TO BE MISSED
AUGUST the first saturday of the month is a FIESTA OF FOOD walk round the village and sample free food and drink

IZNATE is a traditional white village just 15 minutes form the coast. Casa Ventura offers the best of both world ..a perfect place for a relaxing holiday or a place to rest up after sight seeing.
The large terrace has wonderfull views over the village with sun-loungers and shaded area.
Casa Ventura is set at the top of the village , not suitable for any one with walking problems.
The village has shops, bars, and a resturant with an out-door swimming pool
The coast is just 15 minutes drive where there is a lovely promenade, open air cinema , beach operas and many more attractions
Nerja ,Golf , water sports or just sit and enjoy the views IZNATE is just the place
