Situated up in the mountains above the traditional Spanish village of Guaro in Andalucia you will find Al Karruba, a charming little holiday hideaway. It is attached to, but completely independent from, the owners own villa and offers comfortable accommodation for anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday destination. Perfect for bird watchers and nature lovers or if you just want to sit in the sun with a good book and unwind!

The property consists of a a cosy and comfortable open plan living area with double bed settee, satellite t.v. DVD player,wifi connection, wood burning stove and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer,hob,microwave, and oven.The washing machine is located in the bathroom.

A curtained archway gives access to the double bed room which also has a dressing room with fitted wardrobes.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over,a sink,toilet, and as mentioned earlier the washing machine.

Leading off from the kitchen is a private covered patio area. This is very sheltered and benefits from the most amazing views across the mountains.In addition to this there is a BBQ area, known as "the Point." Here you will find further dining facilities and be able to enjoy al fresco dining whilst taking in the superb views.

The pool area is exclusively for the use of guests and is shared with no one else, there is a gazebo here and a second BBQ. The swimming pool is a good size at 8x4 m. and has Roman steps for easy access.

Everything is provided at Al Karruba to ensure that your stay is a pleasant and comfortable one. The village of Guaro is a gentle climb of 1km along a track that is easily accessed by a normal car or even on foot. It offers a small selection of shops for your daily needs and some tapas bars whilst the larger village of Monda has a bigger selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a Country Club.

The cosmopolitan resort of Marbella is around 20 minutes away by car so should you tire of all the peace and tranquility you are within easy reach of many of the best beaches and amenities that the Costa del Sol has to offer.

So on reflection this lovely holiday apartment has much to recommend it, comfort, peace and relaxation,fabulous views, marvelous bird life and easy access to the Costa del Sol.

All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, gas,linen,towels and a welcome pack. The price is based on 2 people sharing, however up to 2 children over 7 years of age may be accommodated on the sofa bed for a supplement of 25.00 pounds per child, per week. The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method.
