Vacation Rental Description
An hour after leaving Malaga airport you can be relaxing on the fabulous terraces of this beautiful villa. A superb property which sleeps 6 in three double bedrooms, one of which has twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities and the third bathroom is situated beside the other bedroom. The open plan living area has a wood burning fire in the corner and two sets of double glazed patio doors opening one of which opens onto the covered porch at the front of the house, the other onto the garden at the front. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob and oven and microwave. The dining area is located between the kitchen and the living room.
The exterior of the property is very attractive with flowers shrubs and trees. A gated entrance opens onto the gravel parking area at the side of the house. The swimming pool is situated at the other side of the property and is terraced all around with a shady pergola covered seating area in the corner. There is an outside shower beside the pool.
While relaxing on the terraces one can enjoy the beautiful views of the impressive Sierras and the surrounding countryside. To help you enjoy the sunny alfresco life style of Spain the property has lots of garden furniture - sunloungers on which to soak up the rays, comfortable chairs to settle into with a good book , and a very attractive wooden dining table and chairs .
The swimming pool terrace also has an attractive summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, work surface and fridge, ideal for spending ones time, day or night, relaxing and sunbathing beside the pool, or relaxing with a good book under the shade of the pretty pergola.
The village is less than ten minutes drive and has a variety of shops, small supermarkets, 3 banks, and many charming bars and excellent restaurants. All daily needs can be purchased in the village although if you want a little bit of retail therapy there is a large shopping centre at Velez Malaga which is less than 30 mins drive from the property. If you enjoy walking you can either ramble along the pretty country tracks surrounding the property or go to the National Park of the Sierra Tejeda which is within ten minutes drive.
Gas central heating and double glazing make the property comfortable all year round. Satellite TV is connected.

The swimming pool has a heat pump which is available nearly all year round, except for 15th June until 31st August. This will be charged as extra at 100€ per week.

The property is within ten minutes drive on the beautiful natural park of the Sierra Tejeda and therefore is perfect for people wishing to walk or go horseriding.

Cómpeta is also ideal for a holiday at any time of the year, as it is the ideal location for keen walkers and painters, with wonderful surroundings in which to walk or also to find a nice spot in which to sit and paint.
Cómpeta also has everything that one needs including many good restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks, etc, it is also only a 30 minute drive to the coast.
