Vacation Rental Description
The villa is close to the village of Los Ventorros which has a shop and restaurant/bar. Just 5 minutes drive away is the spectacular white hill-top town of Comares one of a few unspoilt white towns in this part of Spain. The villa nestles into a beautiful hillside location opposite almond and olive groves. The villa itself was built some 10 years ago and is well equipped with all the amenities you will need for a get away from it all vacation. The coast is a scenic 30 minute drive away and we are also located 20 minutes from the National Park with its wild-life and scenic splendours.
At Comares you will find 4 restaurants, 2 more bars, a supermarket, 2 banks, a tobacconist and pharmacy. This is Real Spain but English is fortunately widely spoken as a number of English families have chosen to settle here. But it isnt a tourist ghetto, it is a working area and is dependent on its agriculture not tourism for its survival.
Within an hour to a 2 hour drive are the regional delights of Seville, Granada and Cordoba if you stay here all are strongly recommended for a visit and all are easily reached for a day out.
You will need a car but we can recommend a car hire company which meets you outside the customs hall and have you on your way in 10 minutes prices are very competetive.
We have furnished the villa comfortably and we encourage our guests to treat it as their home we will arrange for a starter maid service for your arrival and are happy to arrange a welcome pack for you too, just ask when you book.
There are some splendid walks for the explorers and a number of fine golf courses within easy reach. Horse riding is 5 minutes away and tennis is also available for the budding Federers and Williams's not very far away.

Villa Rental Rates

Low Season Price : £350
High Season Price : £750 per Week


Our rental charges are based on 4 adults any additional adult is £150 per week children under 12 are free.
We ask for a security deposit of £150 and this is payable as a holding deposit. Upon confirming your booking we ask that you pay for your stay 6 weeks in advance of occupancy through bank transfer or bank cheque. If you decide to cancel at anytime 6 weeks before your stay your deposit will be returned in full. However if you cancel after your rental has been paid we will only refund 50% of the sum paid and will retain your deposit. If in the unlikely event you decide to cancel 2 weeks or less before your booked period then we will only return your security deposit and will retain your rental payment.
Low season £350 per week

High Season £750 per week
