Vacation Rental Description
Casa Fèliz is a villa with his own large pool (heated from April 2011) in a tranquil area just outside the city of Comares. It has an internet access possibility. It is a friendly house for children with lots of games and films. For adults it is also a very pleasant house: the beds are made when you arrive, the terraces have a spectacular view, the pool is nice and the house has everything a holiday home has to have!! Beaches can be reached in an appr. 30 minutes drive, but I bet you want to stay most of the time in Casa Fèliz!
Comares is just around the corner (of the mountain), Comares is a nice old moorish town with banks, supermarkets, restaurants and even a hotel. Especially the cemetary is very worth visiting. Also the walking route (just follow the footsteps!) in Comares is very nice!
Facilities
The house has a living room with dining area, a large kitchen, 3 large bedrooms ans a bathroom. 2 bedrooms have a breathtaking view (30 km into the Valley) towards Periana . The kitchen is fully equipped and Casa Fèliz has all modern conveniences. There are offcourse garden chairs, loungers and parasols. The house is clean as you arrive, the beds are made and on request there is a first breakfast and/or dinner arrangement possible. We don't have an open fire, but a (better!) cosy woodstove. In the winter the house is with a central heating. There is an extra bedroom (2 sleeps downstairs) with an extra bathroom. These are just an extra possibility (If you are with more people). The costs of these extra rooms are extra.
Activities
The nearest Restaurant is in Los Ventorros (at walking distance).
Horse Riding is also very nearby (Mazmullar).
Shopping and Childrens Playground is in Comares, and also some more Restaurants.
Fishing is in Lake Vinuela (appr. 20 min drive)
A Theme Water Park (Aquavelis) and the sailing, Waterskiing, Boating and Water Sport Rentals, you can find at an 30 minutes drive at the beach between Torre del Mar and Nerja.
In Velez Malaga there is a large Shopping Area with many restaurants and a Cinema.
In the Mountains nearby (Alfarnatejo/Alfarnate)you can do rock Climbing, Biking and Mountainbiking.
In Malaga (50 km) you'll find the sophisticated things like Cinema, Museums, Night Clubs and Theatres.
The Zoo (Wolvespark) is in Antequera.
In the Sierra Nevada you can Ski ans Snowboard in the winter (appr one hour drive).
Tennis and Golf you'll find near the coast between Velez Malaga and Malaga.

Casa Feliz is a very well equipped house, everything you need in a holidayhouse is there! It's position is unique, you can look over the whole Axarquia, over a 30 km distance.Casa Feliz has a beautiful pool, only to be used by you. You'll find the real Spain at Casa Feliz and in Comares, tranquility, easiness, quietness and so on. When you are a person loving this, please come to us in casa Feliz: you'll feel more than welcome!!

The price is per week. Long term (winter-) rental is a different price per month. 30% Deposit after reservation. 75% due 6 weeks before your holiday beginns. On receipt of this payment we will email you full details of the property including information about Casa Fèliz, directions to drive. Our keyholder awaits you at the property. Failure to pay the balance for your holiday will result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit. Extra Costs for -Cleaning € 50,00 -Internet access € 15,00 p/wk -Breaking deposit € 100,00 (returned after your holiday, when nothing is broken or missing)
