Vacation Rental Description
Semi-detached two storey house situated on the outskirts of Solano village. 7kms from Colmenar, this adaptable self catering property is ideally suited for 4 persons. The lounge has a comfortable bed settee and adequate storage for clothing and can be used as a further bedroom if necessary. Kitchen, lounge and shower room located on ground floor. Double bedroom, twin bedroom and shower room located on upper floor. The house is fully equipped for everyday living and all windows have fixed mosquito netting, preventing mosquito bites if you have the windows open at night. All bed linen, kitchen linen, shower and pool towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels if required. There is a TV in the lounge which is for viewing videos only and does not receive any TV/Satellite channels. A comprehensive selection of videos are available, but please feel free to bring your own, particularly for children. A good selection of English books are also available. The outside pool, measuring 3.5m x 6m, is not overlooked and has a shallow end of 1m deep going to 2m at the deepest end. Spacious south facing pool terraces get the sun all day and large covered terrace in front of the house provides all day shade. Adjustable cushioned sun beds, table and chairs and barbecue provided for alfresco dining. Welcome pack supplied. We are a retired couple and live in the adjoining house behind Casa Tranquilidad. We respect the privacy of our guests and unless you need help and/or advice you will not see us.

    • This area of Spain is totally unspoilt – mules still plough the land, goats roam the hillside and birds of prey are frequently seen.  
    Central to numerous tourist attractions, both inland and coastal, this property is ideal for taking advantage of the empty roads and sightseeing or just relaxing around the secluded pool with a glass of wine, a good book and making the most of the tranquillity.  
    Granada (Alhambra Palace), Cordoba, Sevilla, Puerto Banus, Marbella, Antequera, El Torcal, Nerja Caves, Sierra Nevada are just a few of the popular day trips. Nearer to home, Velez Malaga/Torre Del Mar area (35kms) has a large shopping complex with hypermarket (Eroski). Also a water park, bowling, cinema and golf course together with numerous restaurants catering for all tastes and, of course, large beaches.

Change over day flexible. Departures before 11am. Arrivals after 4pm unless otherwise agreed. The property will have a thorough clean on change over days and linen is changed weekly. No additional charges for gas, electricity or water. Baby equipment available for hire from www:nurseryneeds.com. We will collect before your arrival.
