Vacation Rental Description
Villa Las Minas is a beautiful, newly built villa, set in a peaceful location with stunning views of impressive mountains covered in pine forests. Fantastic walks directly from the villa. The villa is well equipped and comfortably furnished, both inside and out. This is a beautiful romantic setting and would be ideal for a couple wanting a peaceful, away from it all break, or is equally suitable for a family of 4. As it is close to the world famous climbing area of El Chorro, it is also a suitable base for climbers. In winter, an effective gas heater is provided and we are happy to arrange for delivery of logs if you wish to enjoy cosy evenings around the logfire.
The terrace, with its comfortable seating, is decorated with potted plants and is a perfect place to watch the dramatic sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine. The pool, with its Roman steps is surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor eating area and a good gas bbq. Should you wish to unwind, this is the place for you.
OUTSIDE
The villa has a pretty terrace with stunning views, through the olive trees to the pine covered mountains. It is decorated in typical Andaluz fasion, with brightly coloured flowerpots on the patio and walls. Olden wooden ploughs sit on the low walls, adding to the rustic charm. As well as providing a great place for the last drink of the evening, it also provides a good shaded area to escape the sun at the height of summer.
The 8 x 4 m attractively tiled swimming pool is at the side of the villa on another terrace. This has Roman steps for easy access and is surrounded with a sun-bathing area, sun loungers, wooden table and chairs. There is also a good gas barbecue close to the pool. There is a garden with flowers, banana plants and palms at one side of the villa, whilst the remaining grounds are mainly well matured olive trees with beautiful silvery leaves. Some lemon and orange trees line the private driveway from the tall security gates to the villa itself.
