Vacation Rental Description
The owners have just completed major renovation work: They have kept the rustic character of this more thasn 100 year old Hispano Moorish farm which can comfortably house from 2 to 6 people. The inisde decoration reflects the owners love for authenticity and interest in world travels. They have beautifully restored the beams in all rooms, uncovered stone walls and generally decorated with rustic and antique furniture and original paintings. The holiday cottage offers a large outside terrace, BQ area, covered al fresco dining eating area with antique table, benches and chairs. teh private infinity pool is surrounded by 3 sundecks,furnished with sun lungers and more tables.The large grounds are fully fenced and beautifully landscaped. Heating is provided in the winter as well as fans in the summer months. The sitting room which is beautifully presented has comfortable chairs and leather setee, all grouped around a fully functioning fire place. In addition to satelite TV there is a selection of board games, books, video´s, CD´s and CD player and radio.The bedrooms are all themed. One double is the orientl room, the other is the Mexican twin and the last one is the romantic 4 poster doubleroom which we call the honey-moon suite.The property is reached by a partially tarmacked road. A golf course is due for completion in 2009. The nearest current golf course is in Antequera at about 30 min. away. The villa although rural is only 10 minutes away from 2 villages (Villanueva del Rosario and Trabuco) and 1 town (Archidona)with all amenities. The larger historical towns of Andalucia are all close by. The nearest beach is 35 min away. The villa´s location is a real bird watchers and hikers paradise. The moorish desert tent in the garden can be used for relaxation, dinners or meditation and yoga. The congenial owners will provide you with tourist information, take your bookings and will genrally be on hand to ensure your stay is the most enjoyable possible.

The area is a paradise for bird watching, hiking and cycling. All water sports can be done at the Costa, which is about 40 min. away. Lots of tourist attractions can also be found in the area of Antequera (25 min. away) as well as Seville, Grenada, Malaga, Ronda and Cordoba are all worht a visit and in easy commutable distance. A train connection form Antequera will take you to all historical cities should you not wish to drive.

The self-catering property includes private parking, BQ, terraces, fully fenced landscaped gardens of 4 hectares/ 8 acres including gazebos and alfresco dinning areas. A desert tent for relaxing.The private infinity pool measures 6mx11m and is 75cmx2m deep. The villa is rural set amidst rolling hills and is situated at amper 10 min. drive from 3 villages with all amenities. Maid service can be arranged at extra cost and upon demand. The villa is situated at 40 min. drive away from both Malaga and Grenada airports.
It is also in close proximity of all historical cities such as Seville (1h30), Grenada(45 min.),Cordoba at 1h10, Ronda at 1h30. Skiing in the Sierra Nevada is at 1h30 away and nearest beach is at 45 min.
The kitchen contains an old bakery oven and furnished in rustic style, separate lounge with satellite TV, books, games. The bedrooms are 1 twin and 2 doubles. One of the bedrooms has a 4 poster bed.Linen and towels provided.

Villa Rental Rates

Low Season Price : €1000
High Season Price : €1200 per Week


We require 25% upon booking and the balance plus a 100 euros fully refundable deposit against possible damages no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
Our rates are 1000 euros per week for the whole year with the exception of June, July, August and September, which are charged at 1200 euros per week.

Linen and towels are provided but no beach towels. We also have a baby cot (sleeps up to 4 year old), high chair and childs table and chair. Please note we do not provide the bed linen for the cot.

Payment is by bank transfer only.
