Little touches like towelling gowns provided for use after the spa or pool, torches with rechargeable batteries, a bottle of wine to welcome you are all part and parcel of the Cencerrita experience. Maybe best of all, is that we meet you in the local village to guide you to Cencerrita - we do not want you to get lost on the first day of your holiday! This is a great relief to most ... especially when arriving in the dark!

Sit round our beautiful pool area soaking up the sun. Choose whether you want a sunny spot shielded from any breeze, or higher up where a gentle breeze can cool those soaring temperatures. The pool is 7.7m x 3.5 and just over a metre deep everywhere - excellent for children! The bar area includes a large Italian barbeque behind the huge bar top.

An evening barbeque round the pool is a perfect way to spend the warm summer evenings - what better relaxing way to end the day? Well ... maybe it's slipping into our steamy, bubbling Hot Tub for your daily dose of calm. This not only helps relieve stress,but also aids sleep and, possibly most importantly, promotes togetherness! Watch the sunset go down, drink in hand, from the luxury of the spa ... Bliss! The spa seats five with various jets and water pressures. It is approximately 2m square.
A screened and shady pergola is on the other side of the pool – a great place for your afternoon siesta.

There are many locally available activities, but the favourite with our guests is relaxing! It must be said that here is no place for the avid sightseer, the restless fidget or the impatient night clubber. Instead it is a refuge from all that the "traditional" Spanish holiday brings. This is the time to unwind: read a book, be with your loved one, just infuse your soul with peace and relaxation. Let the laid-back mañana temperament of the Andalucians take hold of you and recharge yourself with a very special type of holiday. A paradise for walkers, painters, photographers and anyone else who wants simply wants to get away from it all. Local climbing in the El Chorro and Valle de Abdalajis are also favourites for our guests during the cooler months. Those who enjoy yoga and meditation have found the roof terrace to be a peaceful and soothing place to practise their exercises.
Not everyone wants to hire a car, so we will pick you up from the airport and run excursions - further details can be found on our website.

We will also cook dinner (12 € each) for you on the first night if you would like - cooking is often the last thing you want to do after a long day travelling.

The outside hot tub/Jacuzzi is set with the most wonderful views - both for day and night. Digital TV has second audio channel which has programs in original version language. Wi Fi connection also available.

Cencerrita is situated inland, up above the madness of the Costa del sol at 400m altitude. It is 13 Km from each of the nearest villages of Alora, Estacion de Cartama and Pizarra in seclusion for a get away from it holiday. The beauty of the surrounding rural countryside with spectacular views are said by our guests to outdo their expectations. There are no other properties overlooking Cencerrita as we own the 28000 m2 of land to the top of the hill. Look at Google earth and just put in Cencerrita to find us.
