"Finca Andress" is located in Alhaurin el Grande, one of the famous white villages of Andulucia.
Far enough from the concrete tourist coast for you to experience the Real Spain.

The finca is built against a hill and there are two parts to the villa. First you go to the front door of the downstairs part (level 1), which has two bedrooms(one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds),a bathroom and a combined living/dining/kitchen area. Outside is a large terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. Views great!
Then a few steps further up is the main part of the house (level 2): a large living/dining/kitchen area,two bedrooms (one with a large king size bed, aircon, TV and one with two single beds) and bathroom. There is also a 40 sqm sitting/dining room with glass windows which can be opened concertina wise. Here we have a Peruvian hand-crafted bar with all you need for cocktails. Meet the downstairs lot!

The panoramic views from this area are breathtaking. You have a 200 degrees view over the village of Alhaurin el Grande and the mountains behind as well as the whole Guadalhorce valley. In the mornings you have the sunrise on one side of the room and in the evening the sunset on the other side of this stunning room.Next to this room is a 10 sqm terrace with the same view and here are table and chairs and a gas barbecue.

The accommodation has two TV's with UK free to air channels and two digiboxes for viewing Spanish channels. There is a DVD, a CD and a VHS player with lots of DVD's and CD's. The property has a total of three airconditioning/reverse heating units. All bedrooms have fixed fans. There is a computer with high speed internet connection, a printer and scanner.
All calls to landlines internationally are free (1000 minutes per month)

The 8X4 meter pool is at the back of the villa and there are pool loungers and several garden tables/chairs.There is plenty of space outside to eat and catch the sun. Below there is a hard-standing area for cars behind the electric gate.

We are 30 minutes from Malaga airport and Marbella beaches. Alhaurin Golf Course designed by Seve Ballesteros is 8 minutes drive away and ther are other numerous golf courses within easy reach.Mijas village is just 10 Km drive away.

Finca Andress is in 'Las Lomas', Alhaurin el Grande, this is on a side road off the A404, (KM4). The A404 is a road which connects Alhaurin el Grande with Coin, the road to Marbella is A555 which is .1 km from Las Lomas.
A supermarket 'Mercadona' is either in Coin or Alhaurin, 5 minutes drive either way. Restaurants are either around the A404 and walking distance or in centre of Alhaurin, 7 minutes drive away.
In winter Granada has a large skiing resort with many lifts next door, about 2 1/2 hour drive from Finca Andress.
