Villa Andreamos is about 5 years old but built in the traditional Andalucian style. It is located directly onto the Alhaurin Golf Course with stupendous views of the green, the valley and the mountains. 
 
The entrance is gated, with steps leading up the to front door and front patio area where there is plenty of seating and makes an ideal spot to watch the sun going down in the evening. There is also seating to the side of the house which also leads to the back garden which is terraced. 
 
Inside, the Lounge is large with double sliding doors opening to the front patio. Furniture is large and comfortable. There are books, videos, dvds, cd's, piano and sat.tv. The downstairs Aircon/heating is separate from the upstairs bedrooms. 
 
Kitchen is fully equiped with plenty of utentils, pots, pans, crockery, kettle,toaster, mircowave, 4 ring elect.hob, 
oven, dishwasher, washingmachine, hot water cylinder, iron etc. 
There is also free INTERNET. 
 
Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms and two large double size bathrooms. Bedroom formation is; Master bedroom with ensuite has two large twin beds, there is also a 6' Double bed in the second room with Balcony overlooking the Sieras, and a Twin bed room overlooking the back and the pool. 
 
Out the back, there is additional seating either in shade or in sun. There is an Outdoor Kitchen by the Pool area, 
with gas bbq, pool WC/shower room, 4 ring gas hob, sinks, and table seating for 8+. 
 
The wall around the back garden ensures privacy. The Swimming Pool is solar heated.
