Vacation Rental Description
Casa Rosario is set on 6000sq mtrs of land among many fruit trees including olives, lemons, oranges and plums. It is situated in a quiet rustic area, yet it is within a 5 minute drive of the hustle and bustle and lively nightlife of Alhaurin El Grande. 
 
Accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms 1 ensuite, bathroom, open plan kitchen, living and dining room with large open fireplace.  
 
Both the back terrace and front veranda are easily accessed from the main living area and both are nicely furnished.  
 
There is a large pool 9x4m with roman steps. It is situated to the side of the villa and enjoys the Costa Del Sol sunshine all day, it is never shaded. The pool and terrace area is completely enclosed by a wrought iron railing so it is very child friendly keeping the little ones safe, thereby ensuring you can relax on your holiday. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone.  
 
Satellite tv includes english channels. Free Internet access is also on hand. 
 
Towels & linen changed weekly. Cleaning daily by request. Services available for a charge include: Babysitting, Breakfast (full irish or continental), taxi service.  
 
Welcome pack, information book and maps of the area are provided.  
 
So why not relax and unwind while sunbathing by the pool in the beautiful serene surroundings of the countryside. Then maybe begin your evening by watching the spectacular sunset from the veranda as you sip some of the fine local beverages. And later you might like to sample one of the many local restaurants (all tastes catered for) before finishing the night off by checking out some of the many bars in Alhaurin El Grande.

    • Alhaurin El Grande is one of the most picturesque white Spanish towns in the Guadalhorce Valley. It is made up of an old and new part. All the services you might require are here with many shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, etc. There is also a medical centre on hand if required. A local market is held every Thursday. 
     
    Alhaurin Golf and Lauro golf courses are just a short drive. Other local activities include horse riding, cycling, walking, mountain biking.  
     
    In Coin, about 7 minutes drive away, you will find a shopping centre that houses a multiplex cinema and a bowling alley. The coast is just a 20 minute drive away and Marbella is only 25 minutes away boasting a large shopping centre - La Canada, a must for all you shopaholics. 
     
    To get the most out of your stay, we recommend you hire a car. Malaga airport is just a 25 minute drive. Airport pickup can be arranged if necessary.
