Vacation Rental Description
A lovely rural woodland location with panoramic views. The area is real spain. The woodland consists of Eucalyptus and a variety of pine trees. The ground cover consists of many species of wild herbs, flowers, ferns and fungi. The landscape changes colour and texture throughout the year and brings with these changes a range of birds, butterflies, insects and animals. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets occur almost daily. The sky at night is unbelievably clear and many galaxies can be seen and studied from the terraces. Walking on one of the many walkways or tracks particularly during the early fresh morning sunrise is an experience not to be missed.The average temperature is from 16 degrees C in January to 32 degrees in July and August easing back to 17 degrees in December. The average number of hours of sunlight per year is 2984 in the Huelva province. The property is set on a hillside and looks out over rolling countryside facing the horizon to the East, from where the sun appears almost every morning. The property is ideally placed so that the terraces and balconies provide sunshine and shade all day as the sun passes over and sinks gloriously to rest in the west of the property over the swimming pool at night. The days are long and usually sunny and light until quite late.
The Villa is therefore located in this very peaceful setting with its own covered terrace and two open terraces. An arched opening leads from the covered terrace to the swimming pool area. The swimming pool is enclosed and private with lawns all around and views out over the woodland. A gazebo with tables and chairs provides and area for snacking, resting, reading and sunloungers and parasols or sunshades are provided for soaking up the sun. The swimming pool is 10 metres by 5 metres and graduates in depth from the shallow end one and a half metres to two metres at the deep end. There is a shower adjacent to the pool for use before going into the pool.
A log oven is also situated in the pool area so the more ambitious cooks can experiment with this facility to produce some exotic or unusual dishes. The covered terrace has a gas barbeque, a small charcoal barbeque and paella cooking facilities.
The large kitchen has full cooking facilities, utensils and all necessary items for eight people to produce the very best dishes for breakfast dinner, tea and supper. There is a choice of eating areas, in the lounge diner, in the adjacent covered terraces or on the two outside terraces. The bathrooms are large and contains bath, shower toilet and bidet and large mirrors for makeovers. The lounge is large with comfortable seating and UK television video and DVD. The four bedrooms are a good size and includes a double or twin beds and a baby’s cot if this is required.
All floors are terracotta tiles and the walls white making the accommodation typically Spanish.
There is wheelchair access to the accommodation and to the swimming pool. Water is provided from the underground supply and is usable for washing, cleaning teeth and boiling for making hot drinks. For drinking bottled water is advised. The property is serviced with electricity and gas central heating and airconditioning and the owner’s property has telephone and internet connections which may be used at the discretion of the owners.
There is a full sized tennis court in the lower garden area which can be used and areas for boules, darts and table-tennis, which can be used at the user’s risk.
Ideally situated for Faro and Sevilla airports and to visit many outstanding attractions in the area. It is an easy car drive to the lovely beaches of the Costa del a Luz, 'Coast of LIght'. Also to important wild life national parks, historical and leasure facilities. Here you can relax and have a good swim, read or sunbathe around the pool after any expeditions or adventures in the morning.

An easy drive from the Aracena, the beaches of the Costa del Luz right up to the Portugal border, Sevilla, Donana international natural park. Most activites are from 10 minutes to 45 minutes drive from the Villa. Walking, biking and hiking can start at the villa and extend into many local beauty spots and places of interest. Tennis and tabletennis and swimming are features of the villa. Around the villa are many opportunities to see a wide range of birds, insects and animals. At night the Sky reveals a clear visa of the stars and planets and it is possible to view these through the telescope although many aspects of the sky at night are clearly visable by the naked eye or with binoculars

A non returnable deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking. Balance required 56 days before commencement of holiday. Balance is non returnable unless cancelled holiday dates are re booked by another client. Balance payment will be returned following payment by new booking client. A damage deposit of £200 is payable by cheque at sart of holiday. Subject to no damage the cheque will be returned at the completion of the holiday. Payments can be made by bank transfer, Paypal or by card through our secure web site. Normal electricity and gas usage are included. Linen and all towels including pool and beach towels are included.
