Main Description
Our lovely villa is situated in a peaceful beautiful village overlooking Beznar Lake in the Granada province. We have 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower over the bath and a downstairs toilet.
We have a lovely kitchen with all modern conveniences leading onto a small patio with table and chairs ideal for early morning coffee. The kitchen is adjoined to our dining area and downstairs living room with open fireplace which is wonderful in the winter months when the evening cool off. Upstairs on the first floor we have a large living room/2 double bedrooms and bathroom. Up stairs on the second floor we have a further double bedroom and single and a untility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a door leading onto a wonderful 40foot terrace which has patio furniture. The views from here are spectacular. Our swimming pool which is shared with our next door property Lago Vista is a 4 minute walk in a lovely secluded garden. It has access to our garage where we have left a fridge for you to put in your cold drinks and bbq foods etc and incase you want to swim in the evenings we have halogen lights for your use.
In the village there is a supermarket a couple of minutes walk away from Buena Vista and a local Bar opposite the supermarket . Lecrin is 3 kilometers away from Beznar where you will find banks, shops and bars and restaurants. Just a couple of minutes by car. 20 minutes drive away is beautiful Granada with the Alhambra palace and 20 minutes further is the fantastic ski resort of the Sierra Nevada. In the opposite direction you will find Motril our nearest Seaside Resort with new 18 hole golf course (20 minutes drive at present and when our new motorway link opens only 10 minutes)

Quad bikes are available in Padul 10 minutes away. Wind surfing and parasailing is available in Motril 20 minutes drive from Beznar, and horse riding is available in Alpujarras.

We can provide airconditioning unit at an extra cost and logs for fire in the winter.There are floor fans for your use in all bedrooms and shutters at the windows to keep the rooms cool. The swimming pool is shared between our two properties and is sited 3 minutes walk away from the house in a private walled garden.There is also a fridge there and bbq for your convenience. Final Cleaning is included in the price of the holiday but extra cleans during the stay can also be arranged if required at supplement.
There is space for parking close to the villa (opposite) but this is public parking and not exclusive to the villa.Wireless Broadband is also available at a supplement if required.

Rates

Low Season Price : £380
High Season Price : £450 per Week

Deposit of £100 per week is required and the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A breakage deposit of £200 is required with the balance which is refundable after the stay providing there are no damages. Should you require an air conditioning unit which will be portable the cost per week is £20 . Logs for the open fire will cost £15.
Should you require wireless internet connections this is available at a cost of £10 per week. Extra cleaning services are available at £20 each extra clean to include fresh linen. For parties of 4 or less it is possible to arrange airport transfers should you not wish to drive. (Price to be arranged)
